I made this rustic home sweet home sign out of pallet wood and some old candle holders, this sign can be used to add some light to the front area of your house.
It started when I pulled the candle holders from the basement donation box and decided to bring them back to life. They were an ugly gold so I went ahead painted them a glossy black. I then cut 4 pallet boards and painted them an egg shell white at 36 inches
These are the 2 old gold sconces laying around and I painted them black. Quick save!
Then I added some solar lights to the sconces. I went with solar lights over candles!
Once I put the lights on the sign, I added a home sweet home sign and a champagne rope to hang it. Looking good!
It can also be turned upright also and leaned up against a wall, whatever you like! It can be used on your front porch or yard! Hope you like it!
Here it is finished, a rustic home sweet home sign, two ways!
