I like the idea but there are no instructions or a step by step to show how..sorry but I am a newbie

This seems to happen quite often. One finds an intriguing idea, pins it, only to learn there are no instructions. Can't understand why it would say, 'learn to do.....", when the only way you can learn how is to apparently figure it out for yourself by looking at the few photos posted. UGH!
