Why do people put wipes down a toilet!!!? I have rentals and it cost me $5200 to have a whole new sewer line put in the house this was after 3 plumbers tried to snake it out. Not only were there wipes but cat litter which clumps up like concrete and tampons, Good luck Id use some lye then call a plumber.
You can get a toilet snake pretty cheap at Lowe's or Home Depot. I have been able to clear clogged toilets this way, when the plunger was not enough. Then get a small trash can with a lid.

Has everyone forgot a Plumbers Helper or as we call them a plunger?

you need a plumbers snake. You put a cable in the toilet and turn handle it goes into plumbing, grabs blockage. Then you back it out
