- Dysko7710on Sep 20, 2017It depends on the type of lampshade, but if you just have cloth lampshades without any pleats, the best way I have found to get dust off is to use a tape roller, the kind you use to get pet hair off of things. Just roll the tape around on the shade and all of the dust and other loose stuff sticks to it.
