A nice dark blue tee shirt became grease stained and dried in dryer

How can I remove the grease stains? Vinegar, lemon juice, or what? Tossed it in dryer before aware of spots. Too nice to toss!

I've had good luck with a little dawn with a little baking soda paste.

Or actually shout stick works well! Whatever you try- if the stain is on the front, put a folded towel in between the front & back so your stain doesn't leave residue on the back.

Sprinkle baking soda on the spots, then add some Dawn to make a paste. Let it sit for 1/2 to 1 hour, then pour vinegar on the spots. When it starts to fizz, gently scrub with an old toothbrush. This works for me every time, even after the grease stains have gone through the dryer.

I use a product called "Mean Green" on all types of stains on clothing. Just spray it on, let it set in for about 15 minutes, wash as directed. I also use the Mean Green for all other types of cleaning jobs around the house, inside and out. We always grab this cleaner first.
