What can I do with these doors?

All of my room doors have slats and I really hate them. They are a nightmare to dust too. The only room that have solid doors is the bathroom. I need help and I can't afford new doors.
Could you perhaps piece in good wood where the slats are to make it solid, or even use thin on each side?
I have same doors, yuck! I saw a post on this site and the lady cut thin wood the width and length of each section of the door and put it to fit inside the sections and don't remember how she attached it. Paint or stain it. I have old paneling that I am going to try.
A soft brush. Like handle duster. I think they are sold by brooms and dust pans.
Look for a veneer panel to attach over slats. Can stain or paint I suppose, as your preference.
You can't apply something thin over top, because they are not flat,and the surface will be bumpy, and will not stick. You will need to remove the slats and/or panel, then add glass, mirror, wood, metal screen, acrylic or curtains.

They are easy to keep dust-free with the upholstery brush on a vacuum cleaner.
the only cover up i can suggest is a very thin composite board cut to the door size and use a silicone caulk as a "glue". then if you can find funds for replacement , do a door at a time/ a re-store might be near you check them out.

a thin furniture grade plywood, pained or stained and sandwich the the slats.
what if you got a thin board or even foam board to cover the slat portion and cover the board with fabric, wallpaper, contact paper or whatever would match your room. I would do the back side too to cover the slats so you don't have to dust them.
Thank you all for your suggestions. I dont have the tools to remove the slats and replace with anything else. As far as dusting goes I have tried everything even a stiff paint brush. I can get the majority of the dust off except for the corners. Maybe painting them may be the way to go? Possibly I might not hate them as much?
