You might need to call around to places in your area to order it and have it delivered. It is cheaper to order large amounts of mulch this way than to buy tons of bags of it.

what are you mulching....the flower garden, veg garden?
I would call around to local companies and ask for pricing! Or you can go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy it by the bag rather inexpensively!
Don't go rubber, it can cause heat build up and cause big problems with plants. I wouldn't go with mulch for a veggie garden, better to use shredded leaves and cut grass that will nourish the soil and plants and you can till it in each spring.
