I use motion lights, creatures of the night are not fond of bright light. Would that be a possibility? Just change existing outdoor fixtures to motion lights.

There are businesses that sell coyote urine. You have to repeal critters with their natural enemies scent.

Might be a little difficult we don't have many coyote in England. But thankyou anyway. Human young male urine supposed to work I've heard.
I have heard that some people who have problems with deer etc. have had good results with a motion sensor operated "rain bird" style system that "shoots" a strong stream of water at them..the motion sensor lights too might work... a motion sensor alarm would probably annoy the neighbors (you too)
