expanding srews many choices you need the thickness of the wall and how heavy the shelves are to be if light "Command" hooks make a lot of choices

  Thank you. This technique works well on drywall with no studs, but we will be hanging kitchen cabinets and shelves that must support substantial weight.

Well there are studs inside the wall ,problem is finding them with metal lathe
