A couple of my "dock" ceramic tiles in front of my toilet are raised higher than the others. Is there a way to repair/replace them without ripping out the entire bathroom floor.

Was it installed this way? or has this happened over time. Possibly water is

getting on the sub floor causing it to swell and moving your tiles. I would think that you could remove the toilet, set the tiles straight and that might work. I believe I would call a professional. I don't think you will have to tear the whole floor up.

No, they were set that way. I was going to say sadly, set that way, but maybe it is not such a bad thing?

Yup, that was my first thought like Chubby said - water raising the tiles. Check your toilet for leaks.
