I bought a repo trailer and need ideas on how to repair a skylight that has turned black and leaking.

Replace it - that's your only option.

Spend the money on a pro for this one, you purchased the place inespensively enough, now time to protect your investment. You need a roofer that is not only familiar with skylights bit also mobile home construction. In the long run you will be glad you did. The black makes me think mold, so I would also bring in a mold remediation specialist to be certain it isn't lurking elsewhere. DIY everything else yourself.

  Oh boy do you know how long? Grow houses are notoriously riddled with mold, even when grown in only part of the home, manufactured houses mold faster - get someone in asap, your health is worth it. Be prepared to lose some walls and all the carpeting if any.
