Yes, you can use black tube water paint, or whatever color your wanting and the grout will literally oak up the color. It’s kinda like a stain for grout.
I painted ceramic using an inch wide paint brush by painting it, let it sit for 5 10 minutes and then wiping the tile with a damp cloth. It looked brand new.
