Small shutters

I want to stabilize the slats on my shutters, I would like to be able to insert cards between the slats, when I tried to insert the cards, the slats fell down andn the cards fell out, I hope this make sense to you.

You would need to use wood Glue and Clamp the Shutters tight so they don't move until Glue id Cured..........
Re-glue the wooden slats. You can screw in a little bit of wood on the slat to hold the card on the back of the slat once you've stabilized the shutter.

But if you just want to keep the shutters in, some hot glue on the back might help. Can you get some pretty binder clips for the cards? I hope that helps.
