Try a little The Works toilet bowl cleaner on a cutip. Be careful at first. It is STRONG stuff so test it a little. Only thing that took out rust on my fiberglass.

what kind of stains are they
Try Ebsom salt and water into a paste consistency, let sit on stain several hours, then rinse clean. Worked for me!
try easy off oven spray. I use it to clean my stainless and also on ceramic tile to lift stains and mold
Try Barkeeper's Friend. Make a paste, apply, let sit, scrub.

I'm not 100% sure but it may be black hair dye.
