Fabric medium and acrylic paint. I bought products but lost directions for mixing paint.
Is it 2 parts paint to one medium? Do I spray water on chair before I start painting?

Could it be this project? http://www.attemptsatdomestication.com/paint-a-chair/ They first did a primer coat of equal parts fabric medium and latex paint, then followed with equal parts fabric medium and acrylic paint. They did spray with water first.
