How do you clean outdoor side tables?

I have two outdoor tables that hosted plants for 7 years. I want to again use them for tables but there are hard water stains I from years of drainage. Any ideas

if made of resin, clean as best you can then use spray paint-good as new again!

If they are metal or wood, you will have to clean, sand well, & clean again. Let dry and repaint.
