How do I remove mildew or algae from a concrete walkway?

Part of my walkway is turning a greenish yellow in spots. The concrete was poured over a year ago and it is very distracting.

Look for a mold and mildew remover that wont kill grass and power wash.
Living in Florida, this is an ongoing problem for us. We purchased a pressure cleaner, and the psi is strong enough to clean the concrete, yet I can still handle the machine. If you don't want the expense of the machine, distilled white vinegar will kill the mold. Just keep it away from your grass or it will kill that as well.
Clorox will kill it also, but the mold won't return.
