Why does mold grow on roof tiles

    to much moisture

    Because it is damp. The trees shade the roof and dont let the sun bake the roof. Cut trees away from the roof.

    There's a product called Wet & Forget, which is sprayed on the roof (or siding or deck, etc.), then left. It will call the algae/mold etc., that grows.
