Check first to see why it is mouldy...Water seepage, improper ventilation etc, and correct the problem.
Spray with a mould killer like non-toxic Concrobium, or use vinegar and dishwashing liquid.
I found it best to use a mould killing primer and paint after cleaning, if the problem recurs.
I use a 10% solution of bleach and water, spray some on, let dry, repeat as necessary, then follow up with a spray of white vinegar.
