I would get some of those stick on felt pads for the feet.
I have two bedside dressers that kept sliding on the tile floors. It was irritating because just opening and closing the drawers was enough to move them back to wall or away from the best position near the bed. I don't like felt pads because they will hold water and since we keep water on the dressers for the evening it didn't look like a good idea. So I applied dollops of hot glue from my glue gun to the bottom of the legs. Easy to get the right size, easy enough to remove, and immediately available in my house. It has been over 2 years and they are stay where they are placed but I can still move them to run the vacuum under them when necessary.
I put a rubber rug under the wood leg part at the back of chair
cheap rubber shelf liner or non skid rug pads placed under them should solve the problem
sorry I've been away from my internet.
Just the back, it keeps it from scooting backwards. I used a lightweight, black rug, it has little Nubby texture on top side.
that's lightweight black rug
