What's the best way to deal with "pulls" in my Berber (loop) carpet?

I want to prevent further fraying, etc. to the "pulls" made by my cat (besides clipping her nails more often, of course)!

Two ways, depending on loop size:: Large use a glue gun to put it back in place. It is inexpensive small loops, cut them, or of course, but you could also glue them.
Pulls often leave a track of bareness behind them, not too much one can do when it is a full wall carpet. But you can minimize further "tracks" and keep the strings from getting caught in your vacuum by carefully snipping the rogue thread down to the height of the other Berber threads. By snipping you eliminate the loop and it's chance of further catching and continuing its run.

Try pulling the loop back from the other side using a safety pin, good luck!
