Roundup this is the best thing for just about anything. It kills poison ivy and poison oak. Sometime poison ivy is confused with Virginia creeper which has 5 leaves. Virginia creeper is not poisonous. Roundup will kill this but the roots need to be pulled up as it may return again. Hope this helps. I live in eastern Arkansas and this use to be "the thing" for farmers but now there are many different products. Some of the farmers still use it.

There is a spray to use on it but I don't know how well it works. I had many cases of poison ivy when I was young as I grew up in the country. Never could learn to recognize it!
