Get a very sturdy bracket made for that size flat screen, make sure it is compatible with that TV. If you want it to swivel, make sure you get one that covers the directions you will need (ours is side to side and top to bottom because it is high on the wall and needed to be a little further out on the top. Follow the directions that come with the bracket and it should be fine. Don't take shortcuts! Shortcuts may prove to make it unsafe. Ours is hight up because we have a slightly smaller TV underneath it for the gamers to use so others can watch TV undisturbed (gamers are required to wear headphones).
You most definitely need to buy a specialty hanger for this project. They are sold in various sizes to fit your particular set. You can also buy them that tilt or move in various directions. Make sure you install that bracket tightly to the wall.
