I want this item so I can mount a towel rack on my tile which is in my bub area.

Try googling it, they are everywhere, Walmart, Target, Bed bath and beyond, Home depot and Wayfair to name a few.
Looks like Amazon has the best selection, but I would certainly try Home Depot, Lowes, etc., as they too carry them.

Target has had some nice items that should suit your needs. Otherwise, you could always get a light weight towel holder and add a suction cup.
