My burgundy countertops are in excellent condition but have lost their shine? What can I do?

You can restore them with countertop restoration kits from Rustoleum or Gianni
You could use a Polyurethane Varnish, but you would need to use cutting boards, as not sure how they would stand up...
I rub baby oil into them and then buff them up. It works a treat.
Rub on a coat of tung oil. It will be sticky until dry. Will last a long time before you need to redo.
About once a year I wax mine with turtle car wax and just follow the directions on the can.
