Such a cute idea! You can cover the handle in feathers and dress baby up in a turkey costume. If you're worried about water, laminate is always a good option.

What type of stroller...umbrella, standard or jogger? Standard stroller would be easiest. Get a couple very large balls from a dollar store and cut them in half. Paste (waterproof) fake leaves (as feathers) to the balls and wrap around the seat area to create the body. them make head/neck legs out of smaller balls (styro or toy) and pvc pipe. use adhesive felt to cover legs and neck/head. if you have someone really creative you could make the legs move with the wheels...maybe use a soft coil spring attached to the wheel.... positioning might be tough on that tho.

And don't forget to get a turkey call from your local sporting goods store or online...for you or your child!!!
