are there individual pillows on it?

  • Do the seat cushions have zippers? If so purchase quilt batting and add more stuffing to the cushions.

I had a knee injury so I had a hard time getting in and out of the sofa, so I went to the home store and brought a 3" slab of camping foam pad... the gray one was the firmest so I went with it . I had to cut it to fit using a bread knife, I used to use an electric carving knife but I gave it away.

Was planning on covering it with fabric, but the dark grey color just blends in. It is more comfortable, and its higher which makes it easier to get in and out of the couch..... and I've kept it even though my knee is healed.

The same thing happened with our VERY expensive leather sofa. We just cut a board wide enough and long enough and put under the cushions. Problem solved!
