This project is going to be so awesome. Using a placemat from the craft store and a few other items, you can make a beautiful garden flag. You can also customize it any way you want!
Supplies:
Jute Burlap Laminated Place Mat
Hot Glue Gun & Gluesticks
2 inch burlap ribbon
scissors
Take your ribbon and cut (3) 6" pieces.
Fold those ribbon in half.
attach the ribbon to your placemat by using the hot glue
Place a ribbon pocket at either end and then one in the middle
You can add a staple or a stitch to keep it extra tight
There you go....simple...easy....affordable....and so much fun to make.
You can use these additional supplies (paint & paint brushes, & clear sealant spray) to add a cute monogram or design. Throw a bow on it and your garden will be the talk of the neighborhood.
