Place the ballon into a painter's tape roll to keep it steady
Step 3: Apply a layer of Elmer's Glue
Add an even amount of glue to the balloon
Step 4: Spread the glue with a paintbrush
Let it sit for about two hours to dry fully
Step 5: Apply Mod Podge and add buttons
You can choose larger buttons to use in the middle, which will be the bottom of your dish
Step 6: Apply 2 more coats of Mod Podge
Make sure you cover all buttons with two layers of mod podge

Flip over the balloon and then use a straight pin to pop it

Step 1: Cut off the buds of colorful flowers
Choose any flowers you like, different colors and sizes
Step 2: Place bottom of flower inside balloon
It's better if the bottom of the bud goes first into the balloon
Step 3: Use a skewer to push flower inside
Make sure if the flower is completely pushed into the balloon
Step 4: Wiggle the balloon around a few times
Get the flower settled inside and not stuck in the neck of the balloon

Step 6: Tie the balloon & jiggle it around
Make sure the flower doesn't get stuck in the tie
Step 7: Place the balloons inside freezer
Turn the balloons every few hours so they wouldn't develop flat spots
Step 8: Once frozen, cut off balloon ties
Remove them from the freezer and cut the tie off the balloon
Step 9: Peel the balloon off the ice
If it's not fully frozen, place the ice in a bowl and put it back in the freezer

Step 1: Apply hot glue to base of the candle
Apply the hot glue directly to the base of your candle wick.

Step 5: Add drops of citronella essential oil
Once the wax has melted completely, allow it to cool slightly and add drops of essential oil

Step 7: Let the wax cool and harden
Wait for approximately 2 hours, allowing the wax to fully harden

You can trim the wick to 1/4" long with scissors
Step 9: Cut off the tip of the other end
Make sure you to off a small amount of the balloon
Step 10: Stretch balloon on bottom of glass
Slide the balloon onto the glass so it's covering the bottom half
