    Try Wet and Forget

Look up "spray & forget". It is a brand name. It takes a few weeks to work, but the product I sprayed on my concrete patios and siding two years ago is still working.
  • Give straight vinegar a try and scrub with a stiff bristled long handled broom. Then rinse, but not into flowerbed ot lawn, vinegar will kill plants.

at the dollar store they sell half gallons in an orange container of cleaning solution. If not , try kerosene . It removes tar, so mildew should be a cinch.

Vinegar will likely work, with a lot of elbow grease!
