Any ideas on how to get a wall to sparkle/glitter?

Paint it! There are a number of products on the market that you can add to have the walls or ceiling sparkle.
there is glitter spray paints that I have used on projects. Perhaps one of those can help.
Hello, if you want a heavy glitter here is a link on how to- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FyIXWsQGhQ. If you want less glitter just brush it on so there is not so much glitter.
There was paint that you added crushed quartz to. Never tried it but the paint samples were pretty.
