Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
Spray with vinegar, hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol.
I just read a discussion about this problem and two things stood out
#1 if you use any kind of cleaning product let it sit a while to loosen the eggs. Simply putting it on then scrubbing it won't get them all.
#2 If that method fails, have the door rescreened. It doesn't cost that much compared to the aggravation. I don't know what's in your area, but here Ace Hardware advertises that they will repair/replace screens. You may have to remove the door and take it to their place of business, but when it comes back, you could paint it (assuming paint will work on your door) and have a fresh and egg free door.

I wish you the best with handling this problem.
Thanks for the answer. Will try the vinegar. They are on my screened in porch.
