Finishing spray for sea glass on glass!

I’m using Krylon sea glass spray and it’s “dusting“ off and when touched showing marks. I am in high humidity area-is there a finishing spray that I can use to seal it!

According to Krylon, there is not a coating that can be used to seal the paint.

Nothing specific about preventing it—only clear coat not recommended. Thanks for your response
