Has anyone used one of those copper infused ceramic coated oven fry basket and tray sets? I’d like to hear some opinions on them.

I sure have. I HAD to have the pan set when they first came out. Very disappointed. They stain, they stick. The oven basket and tray is no better. I definitely didn't get crisps food. Just my opinion of course.
I've got the frying pan, and its the best frying pan I've ever own hands down. I brought one for my friend, and one for my client too.
I have used the skillet with Titanium and ceramic and I feel its the best non-stick skillet I have ever used. It lives up to what it claims.
