Test a small area and try Rubbing Alcohol
If this is the Original Glue from the Sticky Back Tile - Call the Manufacturer and ask for their advice.........
I've recently experienced this problem as well. I just take a small knife and gently scrape off the exposed glue. It crumbles and is easy to sweep or vacuum.

Try using a combination of coconut oil and baking soda.
Goo Gone works really well but use a very small amount and wipe up any extra so you don’t slip and fall.
Rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover work for me.
