Does the can of chalk spray paint have a gloss finish?

I have some whiskey bottles that I want to paint and use them as soap dispensers, but I think just regular chalk paint when wet will rub off.

You might use emery cloth to get the paint to hold better ............chalkboard paint is designed to be scrubed
It will not rub off when it has dried. You can always lightly spray with clear polyurethane -- if you want a glossy finish.
