Baking power is a base, Vinegar is an acid....they basically cancel each other out
vinegar will not kill the sort of bacteria that live in toilets.
Baking soda is a fine abrasive and can be used to scrub anything...
combining them earns you nothing but carbon dioxide gas, water, and a tiny bit of a calcium salt... it's a party trick that will not help your toilet (you 'can' use it to clear drains, but that's different)
vinagar to get the lime out....baking soda is granular and makes a good scrubbing powder.
1/2 cup baking soda, 10 drop tea tree oil, 1/2 cup white vinegar. Pour soda into the toilet bowel, add oil, then the vinegar.let it effervesce.. then scrub with bowel brush.
pour white vinegar in the tank followed by baking soda,let sit over night and flush.for the toilet put the baking soda and then pout the vinegar
