I have had nail polish on mine. I was able to use scrap some off with a razor blade, but be careful that you don't scrap the counter. The rest I used nail polish remover. I would think that would work with super glue as well. Good Luck!

Try a straight razor blade
acetone-based nail polish will remove it - but may mess with the formica.
hot water (a washcloth dipped in boiling water) and a plastic credit card for a scraper should work
