You can't go wrong with Andersen or Pella.
I'm looking at Andersen windows to replace my windows.
I used Jeld-Wen when I replaced mine. Pella and Anderson are great too.
The original windows in my other house were by Anderson, so I called them and they actually sell replacement double hung windows so you don't have to replace the entire window and frame!!! It was very reasonable to replace all the windows in my house!!!
