That's easy! Just dilute acrylic paint with a little water. You can tell the right consistency if it's a little bit runny. I would test it first on something you don't care about first to make sure you get the right white effect fact that you're looking for.
dd 6 to 8 cups hydrated lime to the salt water mix well until the lime is dissolved. mix will be thinner than paint
mix 2 cups salt with 1gallon of warm water, stir to dissolve the salt. add 6-8 cups of hydrated lime to the salt water stir.. the mix will be thinner than paint.
