Not sure what the other plant is, have you tried repotting it? It could be root bound. If so I would split the plant into two or more plants and share or add to your collection.
bYou can cut the big one back a bit. They look like they want brighter, indirect sun.
The big one is a coleus. You can cut it back & easily root new plants in a jar of water to give away. The lucky bamboo looks like it has a new sprout already. It doesn’t need as much light as the coleus but maybe a little more than it’s getting?
The bamboo looks to be MORE than pot bound! That means the pot is filled with roots and there is no soil to give nutrients to the plant. You'll likely have to break the pot to get it out. Can't see the other one well enough to comment.
Both look to need far more sun than they get! Also, wash them both down in the sink to clean the leaves - that's how they breath. Give them some Miracle Gro 1x/every 2 weeks. I think you will start to see some good changes with these measures.
