I need a qualified person, in Ireland, to repair a Brother Knitting Machine. I appreciate any suggestions offered.

  Thank you very much for taking the trouble to research these links. I did discover these yesterday and made contact, but unfortunately, to no avail. I also contacted the manufacturer and was told that they have no one in Ireland who repairs these machines. I'm sure there must still be some people out there, with the experience, and who may be willing to help even though they may be officially retired. Again, many thanks.
