What's the best flower to put along fence line with shade

When ever you're looking for flowers, you want to start with your Hardiness Zone. WI ranges from 3B to 5B so what will grow best depends on your zone. After a little digging I found that your zip code could be anywhere from 53401 - 53408, so you are in Zone 5. Now you have a start. I used zip code 53404 thinking that it's in the middle range.
