You don't unless you know what you're doing.
Try a hairdryer on low but keep it far enough away so it don't mess up the photo.
Spray water on top of the picture
Whatever you do, scan the photo or have a copy made before you try to separate them, if the photo is important to you.
Everyone who answered- a bug thanks!!!!!! I will try soaking in water first, if I have to then I will try the hair drier, and as a last resort I will try the freezing. You all are awesome. Joni
