How do I remove hardened pine sap off my car?

car is white Camry and I just moved to Florida. Parked under wrong tree!
about 30 ots of hardened sap. Don't want to ruin the white finish. Thank you!

Try a blow dryer, then cover it once it's soft with paper towel and press down. Once its soft the paper towel will absorb the sap

you can use hand-sanitizer. We use it all the time. Put it on a cloth and rub the spots.
That would be the Sap not WD-40. Sap if left on takes the finish off paintwork.. It really needs to be got off immediately..........
