Veru easily. Make sure your window is very clean. cut your contact paper to size. Starting in one corner peel the backing away from just a small section of the sticky paper. This process needs to be done very slowly. Use a credit card to smooth the paper onto the window. Your goal is to not get any air bubbles trapped in the paper. Work your way over to the corner on the other side. Then work your way down. Keep moving the credit card around to push any air bubbles out to the side or bottom. If you do get a stubborn air bubble, pop it with a pin and then smooth. There you go. Hope this helps.
i think I’d prefer not to use contact paper with adhesive, if you change your mind in a year, that will cause a cleaning nightmare. Instead, consider frosted cling sheets. Available at most big box hardware stores, they are rolls that you cut to size and are applied with a simple technique of a slightly soapy water and squeegee to remove air bubbles. Installation is similar to contact paper, less fighting with it, and BONUS you can remove and adjust as often as you want!
There are 3 types, 1st is contact paper with adhesive, then there is non-adhesive privacy window film applied with a bit of water and a squeegee that clings to the window - my favorite, and then there is Rustoleum Frost spray you can spray paint the window with. I brought mine on Amazon, they have an amazing selection of designs to pick from, my fav was the bamboo privacy film, and the green leaf film. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=non-adhesive+window+film
cut the contact paper slightly larger than your window, peel the backing paper off a little at a time and smooth in place. Once in position, you can use an exact knife to trim it around the edges

Just clean the windows real good and apply it
There are better solutions than contact paper with a sticky side that would be difficult to remove.

Pull back the protective cover gradually and adhere to your window. But first mark your window where you want it to be, as a guide.......
