Easiest/best way to recover dining chair seat and backs

I have 2 dining chairs that need the seat and back recovered. The backs have visible fabric on both sides so that is my main problem area. Thanks everyone😁

Does the panel come out ? If not might be a case of tucking in or using a fine cord or braid to cover edges
My sister did hers and it was easy. You can pop out the center piece of the top of the chair and the seats come off as well.

Take off existing fabric and use as template and put back as was.
