Inside window caulk is old & spongey. what caulk can I use to cover?
Am in apt so limited as to what I can do. Caulk is old. Wonder can I apply acrylic over it to clean up? Thanks

If you live in an apartment, I would check with management about getting the caulk taken care of by them. The old should be removed if it is in real bad shape, then new applied.
it needs to be removed first then new put on
word of advice ,it is the responsibilty of the landlord to do repairs not the tennant
