Gotham fry pay is not non stick anymore - how can I fix it??

    Aye, there's the rub. My guess is that ceramic coatings used on frying pans develop very small cracks after a few uses. I have a $120 Kyocera pan that I have babied and it is in the same condition as your Gotham pan. Makes you long for Teflon, doesn't it? As for fixing it, call that toll free number at the bottom of your screen and have your credit card ready. Ask your operator how you can get a second pan free when you double the price on the first pan....

    we had one , sorry to say it didn,t stay that way for long. Try using low heat at the beginning of the cooking process. you might try returning it to the company.

    we use the ROCK cookware and prefer them by far

    That's the problem with non-stick pans. The coating scratches and doesn't work as a non-stick pan. It can't be fixed. It has to be used as a regular pan now with some oil or melted butter.

    No food sticks on any of my nonstick pans after I learned WHEN to turn, stir, the food.
