Are they in a pot? If so bring them in and place them in a corner were there isn't any sun, then after a week place them near a window [without any direct sun]. If they have to be dug up and placed in a pot increase increase the amount of time to 10 days. This will help to prevent shock which kills many plants.

I have only ever had peace lillies indoors. They have always bloomed for me. Bring them in slowly, maybe, like on a covered porch or garage where the can start to acclimate to the different atmosphere, and its not such a shock going from one to the other.

In New Zealand Peace Lilly's are indoor plants - are you sure you have the right plant name. Perhaps a photograph of the plant may help establish that.
